Terms and Conditions

By using this site, users (you or users) will be taken to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

All products are photographed as accurately as possible, however slight variation may occur in color. Products made of leather may have slight variations in the color and texture as it is a natural material. Sizes are the closest approximate and may vary slightly from product to product.

All prices are subject to change without notice, when placing an order the customer has agreed to pay the prices as listed on the order form at the time the order was originally submitted.

All prices featured on the website exclude Australian GST and delivery charges. A tax invoice with flat fee delivery added will be issued to your email address for your records after the purchase has been processed. The prices as quoted are based on payment methods by either cash, money order, direct debit, credit card or PayPal.

Purchase by credit card may attract an additional pocessing fee calculated at checkout.

Currency & Payment

All our products are sold in Australian Dollars.

Online purchases by credit card and debit card are processed by Commonwealth Bank and financial information is protected with industry leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your information is not shared with the merchant. 

Online purchases processed by PayPal is protected with industry leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal your financial information is not shared with the merchant. The information practices of Pay Pal Inc, have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau’s BBB Online Privacy Program.

Or by telephone, we can securely process your credit card purchase on the spot through Commonwealth Bank Merchant Facility.

Note: should you wish to pay us in another way, i.e. direct deposit, do contact us by email sales@soodaroom.com or fax +612 8084 7701, so we can advise you if we accept the payment method and how we will process your purchase.



Postage & Delivery

All purchases are posted via Australia Post within 24 hours once payment is received. 

Purchases may be sent by registered post if required for a small additional cost.

Please be sure to include your daytime delivery address and contact number.

Australian Orders
, deliveries will arrive within 3-7 days from the date of your order (for in stock items only).
Delivery costs are calculated at flat rate per purchase order delivered Australia nationwide.

International Orders will arrive 5-15 days from the date of your order (for in stock items only).
Delivery costs are calculated at flat rate AUD$30 per purchase order to any overseas destination.
For all international deliveries the receiver is responsible for all custom fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied once the package reaches the destination country.

The utmost care is taken with every parcel to ensure your product is delivered in original condition; however we don’t take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels caused by Australia Post.

Every item purchased is delivered gift wrapped with our compliments.





Returns


The SOODA returns policy allows only for items that are faulty.
We do not offer a return policy on items whereby you have simply changed your mind.

All Sale items are final. We regret that we cannot accept returns and/or make refunds on any sale items. 

Alternate sizing may be exchanged should the required size be in stock, please contact us prior to return to confirm availability, and once we have received the original purchased item we will be able to send the replacement size item.

We require that you contact us within five (5) days of delivery reciept if the item is faulty at returns@soodaroom.com. And that the product is sent back and recieved by SOODA within fourteen (14) days of the customer delivery reciept.

All products must be returned new, unused, and complete wtih original packaging and tag. We cannot accept the return of items that have been damaged by the user.

SOODA cannot refund any item bought through SOODA stockists.

To return a SOODA product you will need to email us at returns@soodaroom.com for a Returns Authority Number (RA number). Returns are required to be sent with the original paperwork that was sent with it, and the RA number that was supplied to you by email or fax.
Items returned without an RA number and not in the original condition as sent will not be accepted.

Ensure your contact details are clear and concise, please include your telephone number, fax number, mobile number, email and any other information that may be relevant.

SOODA will not be responsible for loss or damage of items in shipment. Please ensure your parcel is traceable when in transit. We recommend you use registered post or courier.

The cost of returned goods is the cost of the customer at all times and we will not be held responsible should the goods not arrive or are lost in transit.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will promptly attend to the matter, all refunds please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
